Rathi & Liwei, meeting at Hong Kong

May 26, 2010, Rathi came to Hong Kong for one-week long training tour. We tried bars and Little Sheep hotpot restaurant, which is origially from Wu Cheng's hometown and now grow up a mega group with international chain restaurants.

Rathi left me a HK traffic card with more than HK$100 in it, therefore I own her another dinner plus bars.

This arrived yesterday all the way from Sydney, Australia.
It's a brand new Wibrain UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC - which I suppose will enhance my productivity). Won it on eBay on Friday last week from PCMania25 eBay shop. They shipped it on Monday and reached Cambridge MA 4 days after. Drool, baby, drool....

A New Toy

Will start touring the Cambridge areas on pedal power as soon as the vehicle is sufficiently kitted for safety and security. The touring vehicle, ....enter Diamond Back. Don't worry, it is parked in my room with permission from the hotel management. I am not quite sure in the next few days if it is staying in or not. The room is now reeking with smell of some mechanical oil.

Just an update

Found this Lebanese grill house called Sabra Grill. It serves halal meats (laaaaamb and chicken), besides others such as falafel, homus, baba ghanoush and kebabs. It also serves vegetarian dishes and salads. Here is the shawarma. The picture wasn't well taken and isn't doing justice to the quality of the shawarma. The guy there is also extremely friendly. It's just across the road from Taubman building on 20 Elliot Street.

Additionally, if you scroll down to the list of bloggers' links, you will find a 3t blog. It belongs to our friend none other than Bora. He is picking up the IT bugs and he's on the roll. Soon he'll be the class' techie. Do visit. He is controlling the access for the time being for his LKY Fellows and HKS friends.
